digisigns offer a full package sign and fascia service to shops, commercial businesses and private individuals.
We use a wide range of products and have innovative ideas to get you noticed. From simple applied vinyl graphics to your fascia board up to aluminium sign trays with routed lettering and illuminated graphics, there is a solution for everyone.
Vinyl cut graphics:

Cut vinyl graphics are perfect for applying direct to your shop fascia or windows. We can use a combination of RAL coloured cut vinyls or a full colour printed and laminated vinyl which can be cut to shape.
This easy method is an economical but effective choice for traditional looking shop fronts and is an alternative to expensive hand painted lettering.
Vinyl graphics is not only limited to fascias. You can use it practically anywhere with a smooth surface. From windows, pillars, posts and board panels to boats, cars, displays and products. Get stuck in!
Sign Trays:

Our sign trays are either solid aluminium or dibond (a composite aluminium sheet) which is folded into a tray shape, with a maximum foldable sheet size of 2440 x 1220mm. Larger tray sizes can be produced by joining trays together leaving an almost invisible join.
Tray returns can be produced to any size from 25mm and upwards but generally not deeper than 100mm. The corner joins are then welded or bonded. We can offer a range of standard paint colours or we can cover the panel with almost any colour vinyl. After painting or covering, the tray can then be finished by applying cut vinyl graphics, routed lettering or full colour vinyl graphics. The sign tray is then fixed to the building with discreet wall fixings top and bottom and usually no fixings to the face.
Stencil / Fret-cut sign trays:
Fret-cut sign trays are similar to standard dibond sign trays but before we fold the tray, we cut letters or logo through the aluminium. We then fold and finish the sign tray as before. Acrylic is normally used to cover over the cut holes of the text or logo and can be coloured or have vinyl applied to it. Usually fret-cut sign trays have internal illumination and when lit, the fitted acrylic will be opaque to let the light shine through.
When you compare them to fabricated letters with illumination and other types of shop facias these rank as one of the more cost effective ways of getting a sign that looks professional and good quality during the day while giving you the high impact you need at night.
Fret-cut / Routed letters and logos:

Cut and shaped routed letters are a perfect way to add style to the existing architecture of your building or add to your sign tray for more impact.
We can design and cut to shape, any range of cut letters and logos, sizes up to 2440mm x 1220mm. The computer controlled router can cut a range of materials from acrylics to aluminium and dibond in different thicknesses to suit your design. Standard material colours are available or we can cover your routed letters with any coloured vinyls or full colour printed graphics.
Routed signs can be applied directly to exterior or interior walls or used to enhance a fascia board.
